We are delighted that you have joined us on this exciting journey for the new partnership between ISS and DWP.

At ISS, we believe that 'People Make Places.' Your unique skills and experiences are invaluable and we are confident that together we can deliver a best-in-class workplace experience for DWP. We have some fantastic ideas for enhancing our services, and we are equally excited to hear your suggestions for improvements and innovation.

This is an extremely busy and exciting time. Please bear with us as we aim to meet and greet you, address any queries and support you in working the ISS Way – whilst aiming for ‘business as usual’ for DWP with no disruption for their many stakeholders.

Our aim since the beginning of the partnership has been for all DWP sites to be ‘open, safe and compliant’ – for everyone to transfer to ISS seamlessly and continue performing your role as you normally would.

Please continue to direct all queries regarding uniforms, phones, IT and site deliveries to your Manager or email ISSDWP.info@uk.issworld.com. For clocking in, if GSM phones aren’t working properly, clocking-in should be logged manually by colleagues or Managers on the helpline: 08081 759343.
