If you're one of the 302 people working at the Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, and you have been informed that you’re joining ISS as part of a contract change, then this page is for you and we're delighted that you are joining us.

 

As you know, on 1 June, 2024, ISS is taking over facilities management services - including Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Portering, Sanitary Waste, Pest Control, and Helpdesk - at sites across the Croydon Hospital estate. This means that if you work in these areas, your job will be transferring to ISS.

To help make this transition as smooth as possible for you, we have introduced ISS and talked about what to expect.

 

We are also carrying out 1 to 1 discussions with everyone which are now almost complete. We hope these sessions have been helpful and you are feeling positive about the move – please be assured that under TUPE regulations, your existing employment rights are protected, and ISS is looking forward to having you on board and doing a great job for Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.
