In most cases, your job will stay the same as it is now.

 

There may be a few changes in the way you work – you might be dealing with new suppliers or have a different way of allocating specific jobs – but overall, your function will be the same as it was before:  making sure that people in your workplace can do their job, safely, comfortably and efficiently!

 

ISS has been working with Defra Group Property and Mitie for much of 2023, building up an understanding of how you work now.
