We want to make the changeover as smooth and easy as possible for everyone – you, your team and the people who rely on you to make their workplace function.

 

We’ve spent a lot of time talking to Defra Group Property and your employers to make sure we understand as much as we can about the work you do.

But nobody knows your job better than you.

 

Which is why the 1-to-1 meeting is a crucial part of bringing you into ISS and making sure the changeover goes smoothly.

 

At your 1-to-1, an ISS manager will talk with you about your job, any changes that might happen, and any special requirements you may have.

 

The 1-to-1 is not a job interview, and nobody is rating your performance.  We just want to make sure we understand your job as you see it, and get to know you as a person.

 

It’s a chance for you to find out more about us as well, so you should come ready to ask any questions you have.

Before your go-live day, your manager will give you full instructions on what to do, plus training on any new systems or ways of working.

 

Chances are, your actual job won’t change all that much, but you’ll get the full details from your manager.
