In 2024, ISS is taking over facilities management services at sites across the Croydon Hospital estate.

If you work in a facilities management role, like catering, cleaning or security, it's likely you will be affected.  In almost all cases, your job will transfer directly to ISS.

​

But DON'T PANIC!  Your existing employment rights are protected, and ISS wants to build a long-term relationship with you.

​

The process is well under way and the changeover happens on June 1st 2024.

Before the changeover (or as soon as possible afterwards), you will have a 1:1 meeting with an ISS manager.  Find out more about that here.
